How do I confirm carrier contract links from SuranceBay?

1. DO NOT use a mobile device, the software cannot operate on these types of appliances.
2. Open the link sent to your e-mail from SuranceBay and follow the login instructions. 
   • ATTENTION: This step may entail reviewing your browser’s ‘Privacy’ and/or ‘Security’ settings or preferences. Particularly, the ‘Permissions’, ‘Site Settings’, or ‘Web Content’ options to allow and enable features such as JavaScript and plug-ins, add-ons, or extensions – compatibly.
3. DO NOT make any changes to the contract(s). 
   • BE AWARE: The beneficiary is considered as the individual who would inherit any money owed to you, in the event that something unfortunate should ever occur to you.
4. When Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance IS NOT required by the carrier press ‘Next' to bypass and continue. 
5. If you have difficulties beyond these tips or any additional questions, please communicate with your Agency Owner (AO) and/or Administrator(s) as they will be able to assist you or feel free to also visit the SuranceBay Support site: https://www.surancebay.com/support-training.html.
6. Once completed, reach out to your AO or Administrator(s) and notify them you have finished this part of the contracting process.
