How do I transfer a Lead?

Have your Agency Owner send an email to [e-mail] or submit a support ticket with the information below.

1. Who originally had the lead?
2. What is the lead level?
3. When was the lead first assigned?
4. Who is the lead being transferred to & why?
5. Lead Order number.
6. Whose credit card will be charged the $5 per lead transfer fee or $25 per order (what are the last 4 digits, THIS MUST BE A CARD THAT IS ALREADY ON FILE)?
7. Were these app(s) entered as referrals?
8. Has the status on this lead been changed from new lead?
