I want to submit this lead for credit but the reason for credit isn’t listed in Opt! or I can’t find the lead when searching in Opt!.

In the drop-down menu you can search by various other criteria including address and phone number, please try searching with information other than name to submit your request.  If this does not work, you can also submit this lead through Opt! as a mislabeled lead and use the text box to explain the situation.

We ask for it to be submitted this way so it gets registered in the system as an invalid lead and can be taken out of our system properly.
