Can a submitted application be edited in Opt!?

If the APV, client name, etc. is incorrectly entered, submit an Application Information Edit Request [e-mail] as follows: 

• Current/Corrected Writing Agent Name  
• Current/Corrected Client Name 
• Current/Corrected Carrier  
• Current/Corrected APV  
• Current/Corrected Date submitted
• Application edits must be within the current business month.
• The New Business department cannot edit or switch the pdf that the agent attached during the submission process.
