Why can I see some of my downline’s applications and invitations, but can’t see others?

AD’s+ can’t see into other AD’s+ hierarchy’s invitations and applications but can view any AO’s and below that are direct to them. Anyone who isn’t an AO+ can only see invites and applications for recruits that are direct to them.
