This typically occurs when an agent has submitted proof of passing their state exam. When this is done, the application goes to the Onboarding Department for verification and they are given limited access to the HQ Website. Once this occurs, it will be returned to the recruit’s “My Tasks” for the final step of adding their License No. and information. If you are still not able to update the licensing information, please submit a support ticket.
