Can an agent who has passed their exam, but is waiting on licensing, have access to Quility HQ?

Passed exam agents will have limited access to HQ that will allow them access to training and Quility U. This will occur within 24 to 48 hours after changing an unlicensed status to a pass exam status within the onboarding portal.
