Quility’s timeframe for any standard commission and/or hierarchy change is between 24 to 48 business hours after being submitted. Inheriting downline changes may take slightly longer depending on their size but tend to be fulfilled within 3 business days of its’ receipt. [NOTE: Commission changes that require approval (≥95%) are immediately sent over to the Senior Director of Business Intelligence and processed within 24 to 48 business hours after their approval].
- Carrier changes are sent directly to their contracting team or point-of-contact; therefore, carriers may have them processed and finalized anywhere between 24 to 48 business hours or even up to several weeks later – simply varies by carrier.
