How do I contract to sell Health products once I add a Health Line of Authority (LOA) to my license(s)?

If adding a Health Line of Authority to any previously life/annuities only license(s), please communicate with your Agency Owner (AO) and/or Administrator(s) to submit a request for carriers that are not already set up for Health. [NOTE: Exception is Foresters; MUST contact them directly to add the Accidental Death product].
