After submitting the application to the carrier and the updated APV has been issued-paid, to receive credit send an email to newbiz@quility.com with the subject header, “Application Update Request” and include:
- A screen shot of the increased/decreased issued business from the carrier website.
- List in the email the original policy data – client name, carrier, APV.
- List in the email the updated policy data – client name, carrier, new APV.
