- A Quility agent’s number can be located on their HeadQuarters (HQ) profile.
- Carriers will e-mail or mail agents a Welcome Letter with their “carrier-specific” agent number, code, or identification (ID) [Be sure to check through 'Spam/Junk' folders]. Dependent of the carrier, this process can take up to 2 weeks.
- BE AWARE: If it has been more than 2 weeks without any communication or response, please call the carrier directly for the contracting status. Please refer to the Carrier Contact Sheet.docx or go to https://hq.quility.com/page/available-carriers for further information.
