Corroborate the agent’s last active date:
- If it has been a year or even longer [≥12 Mo.], they need to resubmit an application through the Onboarding Portal.
- If it is less than a year [<12 Mo.] please submit a support ticket indicating the agent’s full legal name and request for Opt! access. [NOTE: Projected response within 24 to 48 business hours].
