What should I do if I suspect my dowline’s and/or own commission and/or hierarchy schedule(s) to be inaccurate with carriers?

1. Certain carriers utilize tiered levels that cluster several Quility commission levels together; hence, please consult with your Agency Owner (AO) and/or Administrator(s) to review the compensation grids in Quility HeadQuarters (HQ).
2. Submit a support ticket to the Contracting Department with the full legal name(s) of those involved and whether it entails their commission and/or hierarchy schedule(s).
